Online Consultation

An online consultation is available for those patients who live outside of the Los Angeles area or who are otherwise unable to come to our office in Beverly Hills.

The online consultation consists of several steps that are designed to determine the very best options available to achieve your desired goals. Once the information is received, Dr. Diaz will carefully review the details and will personally contact you. You will be given the same superior level of attention and care that you would experience if you came to the office.

The next step is to submit pictures of yourself.
These photos can be submitted at any time after the online consultation form. There are 5 photos that are needed in order to make a proper assessment. The photos should look like the examples below.

If needed, the pictures can be sent one at a time via email at email@drjohndiaz.com. Please make sure to use the same name written in your online consultation form and also add your contact number so we could reach you quickly if needed.
